Art, Atmosphere & Meaning
Welcome to Magma Art Space
Hi, I’m Clizia—independent curator, visual artist, and founder of Magma Art Space.
Magma is the space where my experience in the arts, cultural production, and luxury customer service comes together to serve one simple aim: to make contemporary fine art more accessible and more personal.
Working between Iceland and Italy, Magma curates exhibitions, art sales, and workshops that range from those for professional artists to experiences for anyone who simply loves art. It’s a place where visual culture is shared—not only through white walls and gallery lights, but through conversation, curiosity, and connection.
I grew up in a family of artists, surrounded by canvases, exhibitions, and the process of making. That upbringing shaped how I think about art today: not as something distant or elite, but as something deeply human and alive.
Over the years, I’ve worked in the travel, retail, and cultural sectors—organizing exhibitions and guiding individuals in discovering pieces that resonate with their space and story.
What I offer through Magma Art Space is not just curation—it’s atmosphere made visible. A careful balance of aesthetics and storytelling. A tailored approach to each project, whether it's a solo show, a creative partnership, or a private consultation.
If you're curious about discovering meaningful works, hosting an artful experience, or finding a way to bring art closer to your everyday life—I’d love to connect.

What Magma Offers
At Magma Art Space, we work with those who love the idea of living with art—even if they’re not sure where to begin. Whether you're building your first collection, gifting a meaningful piece, or planning an art-focused event, we’re here to guide you with care and clarity. We also support businesses and institutions looking to bring thoughtful, visually rich experiences into their spaces.
With our personal and collaborative approach we help you create spaces that tell stories—your stories—with art that feels considered and alive.
At Magma, curation is an emotional and sensory process—grounded in careful listening, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for both artist and viewer.
Because of our connection between Iceland and Italy, our work bridges northern stillness with Mediterranean warmth. We approach every exhibition and event with attention to detail, a love of storytelling, and a quiet commitment to sustainability—ensuring beauty never comes at the cost of care.
Every project begins with a question: how can art shape the way we feel in a space?
